Processing

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within two business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start counting from the next business day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is scanned.

Rates and delivery times

Free shipping on every order over $70, wherever you are. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay — you will always see the cost before confirming.

Most orders arrive within six to nine business days of being placed, including the packing time above. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

International orders

We ship worldwide, and the free shipping threshold above applies to international orders too. Under it, international rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by your country, are not included in what you pay us, and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. If your tracking has not moved for more than five business days, email support@stellarjune.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier.

Wrong address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — we can usually correct it before dispatch, but not after. A parcel returned to us as undeliverable is refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and the contents and email us within 14 days. We replace it at no cost. For a parcel that goes missing, we open a carrier claim and either replace or refund your order.
